Lloyd Sandelands, Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, is a Professor of Management and Organizations and of Psychology at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on the social and spiritual dimensions of life in organizations. He teaches courses in social and organizational psychology and management to graduate and undergraduate students in business administration and psychology. For a number of years he has also taught in the Summer Seminar Series of the Lumen Christi Institute entitled “Catholic Social Thought in Business Education.”
