Jane Maschue is a PhD candidate in Medieval History at the Catholic University of America, where she studies medieval history writing, hagiography, and manuscript culture. She is currently completing a dissertation on the place of Boethius in medieval historical memory. Her research has taken her to manuscript libraries in London, Oxford, Cambridge, and Milan and she is the recipient of the 2024 John Tracy Ellis Dissertation Prize from the American Catholic Historical Association. She lives in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband and four children.
