Carl Allard is a PhD student in the Politics department at the Catholic University of America. A Massachusetts native, he earned his B.A. from Assumption University, double majoring in History and Political Science. His research interests include the dialogue between the ancient and modern philosophers, the political-theological problem, and foreign policy and statecraft.
