The Institute for Human Ecology invites you to our 2024 Saint Scholastica event, “Two Notions of Leisure: Resting in the Lord vs. Restless Consumption.” In a world where our attention is a highly marketable commodity, falling into a cycle of restless consumption can feel impossible to avoid. As Christians, developing a toolbox of virtue is the most crucial path to enjoying true leisure.
Join Dr. Paul Radich and Ms. Simone Rizkallah, experts in the concept of leisure as both a social and spiritual phenomenon, as they share their knowledge and tools for growing in this essential virtue.
