Erika Bachiochi is a Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University’s School for Civic and Economic Thought. There, she teaches courses in legal and political thought, directs the Mercy Otis Warren Initiative for Women in Civic Life and Thought, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the online journal, Fairer Disputations. She is the author of the 2021 book, The Rights of Women: Reclaiming a Lost Vision and numerous scholarly and popular articles on constitutional law, political theory, the history of women’s rights, and Catholic social teaching.
