Chance Cook is a Ph.D. candidate studying Politics at Hillsdale College, where he also received his Master’s degree. Before coming to Hillsdale, Chance received his Bachelor’s from Illinois State University, during which time he also interned at the Cato Institute and the James Wilson Institute. His research interests include the political theory of the American Founding and Scholastic political thought, and his dissertation-in-progress looks at the intersection of these two subjects in the political of Charles Carroll of Carrollton.
