Caitlin Anne Fitzgerald is a doctoral student in Sociology at the University of Notre Dame whose research interests focus on the intersection of religion, culture, and health. Throughout her graduate studies, she hopes to explore questions relating to how religious institutions influence individual well-being and communal flourishing. Additionally, she hopes to study how people with deeply held religious identities navigate organizations that are perceived to be hostile to religion and how these environments influence their well-being. Caitlin holds a B.A. in Sociology and Politics from The Catholic University of America
